Maser Communications (UK) Ltd want your experience to be as easy and secure as
possible. We like to offer you a choice of payment options and for your safety and
piece of mind we use industry standard security measures whilst processing your
order(s).

We take your privacy rights as a customer seriously. In this Privacy Policy, references
to “we” and “us” are to www.maser-online.co.uk and Maser Communications (UK) Ltd,
company number 4217012, registered office Venture House, East Street, Titchfield,
Hampshire. This policy outlines the data we collect from our visitors and how we use
it.

For the purposes of our business we are the data controller.
In respect of processing that we undertake on behalf of our clients we are the data
processor and our client is the data controller who determines the purpose and
means of the processing of personal data which they provide us with. There may be
instances where we are a joint data controller with our client.

 What information we collect and why?

When you place an order with www.maser-online.co.uk, we need to know your name,
e-mail address, home address, delivery address, credit or debit card number, expiry
date and your cvv2 authorisation code. For your security we use SagePay as a
payment gateway to process your payments. In the event of checking out using the
Paypal option then Paypal will pass on to us your e-mail address, home address and
delivery address after you have been redirected to Paypal’s site to checkout. This
enables us to process your order, authorise your credit or debit card payments and to
keep you informed of your order status.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
We may from time to time update you with current offers via an electronic newsletter
from either Maser-online or Maser Communications (UK) Ltd. We will not share your
personal information with or sell it to third-party marketers.

Details of Your Visit to our Website. We collect non-personally identifying
information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available. This
includes, but is not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and records of how
you navigate the pages on our site and how you interact with the pages.

IP addresses. We may collect information about your computer, including where
available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system
administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is
statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify

In order to monitor the performance of our site we collect:

· A session ID to uniquely identify you on our site and enables you to
purchase from us

In order to fulfil any orders placed with us we collect:
